Mum and Baby Yoga Classes
These classes offer an opportunity to stretch, bond and breathe with your baby in this special yoga series designed for new mums their babies. Meet other mums and babies while you strengthen and support your post-partum body.
In-person classes are booked in half-termly blocks (six weeks), each class is £10 and we ask that you pay upfront for the half term to secure your place.
All classes are currently full and the next term will start the week commencing June 7th.
When can my baby and I start Mum & Baby Yoga?
Ideally from six weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section, ideally with the permission from your Doctor.
No, our gentle and therapeutic classes are open to all mums regardless of any previous yoga experience. Complete beginners to seasoned yogis all welcome.
We offer a warm and supportive environment, where you are guided through a varied class that includes yoga postures, breath work and singing joyful songs with your baby, some poses for baby as well as baby massage.
The beautiful combination of baby massage and yoga can relieve common ailments such as colic, wind and constipation whilst encouraging co-ordination and promoting deep sleep. It is a beautiful way to connect with your baby and to share some quiet and focused time. Each class finishes with a lush relaxation.
