Mum and Baby Yoga Classes


These classes offer an opportunity to stretch, bond and breathe with your baby in this special yoga series designed for new mums their babies.  Meet other mums and babies while you strengthen and support your post-partum body.

Classes are booked in half-termly blocks, each class is £9 and we ask for you to pay upfront for the half term to secure your place.


Thursdays 2-3pm at the Skyboat Cafe (Redland) with Charlie *from Sept 17th (term dates are Sept: 17, 24 and Oct: 1, 8, 15, 22) – 6 week term

Fridays 10-11am at The Beehive Centre (St George) with Emma *from Sept 18th (term dates are Sept: 18, 25 and Oct: 2, 9, 16, 23) – 6 week term

Fridays 11:15am-12:15pm at The Beehive Centre (St George) with Emma *from Oct 2nd (term dates are Oct: 2, 9, 16, 23) – 4 week term

When can my baby and I start Mum & Baby Yoga?

Ideally from six weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section, ideally with the permission from your Doctor.

Do I need to have any prior experience of yoga?

No, our gentle and therapeutic classes are open to all mums regardless of any previous yoga experience. Complete beginners to seasoned yogis all welcome.

What do the classes consist of?

We offer a warm and supportive environment, where you are guided through a varied class that includes yoga postures, breath work and singing joyful songs with your baby, some poses for baby as well as baby massage.

What are the benefits for my baby?

The beautiful combination of baby massage and yoga can relieve common ailments such as colic, wind and constipation whilst encouraging co-ordination and promoting deep sleep. It is a beautiful way to connect with your baby and to share some quiet and focused time. Each class finishes with a lush relaxation.
